We are now speaking of two things, is that correct?
Are they related to astronomy?

Yes.

Quoted :: Peltzi

Are they related to astronomy?

Yes, but you could say something like calculators are related to astronomy as well.

I suppose that's one "good" thing about my degree (aero engineering), there aren't too many terms/words/etc that have "alternative" meanings.
What, like cockpits, turboshafts, thrust, nozzles, corkscrews, ram drag, payload, flaps, and wind tunnels?

Ok, is at least one of these things located outside earth's atmosphere?

One is kinda gay, and the other's friend is hot. They look like they belong right next to each other, but they are not. A change from one to the other gives an approximate measure of distance. Who/what are they?
If they arn't people, then are they some sort of creature? If not I can't understand why one would be homosexual.

They can be found both inside and outside of Earth's atmosphere.

In case your question about "two things" was lost in translation, here's an example: a laptop is a thing, and a car crash is a thing, but there can be many of each.

Not some sort of creature, no. Spandex pants are kinda gay. A star constellation shaped like a penis is kinda gay. An exercise book with hearts on it is kinda gay.

No.

No.

Clue: you haven't established whether they are objects or not. An emotion is a thing, and so is an event, and so on...

If they are emotions, the one that isn't gay is obviously feeling some sort of attraction to its friend....

Or its friend is literally hot. So that would mean either its friend is a very hot object or a very hot event.

Intriguing.

They are both in the same category. Each thing is exactly the same apart from one variable.

Quoted :: Peltzi

-emotions?

No. The part that says "they look like they belong..." is literal, you actually can see them.

Quoted :: Peltzi

-events?

No. Lol, those were just examples.

Quoted :: kikumbob

Well, it's sometimes used to heat things, so if you tried to touch it your hand might get hot.

Lol. Either you're being funny or you don't know what a bed pan is. Are you suggesting that someone uses their own steaming hot poop to keep warm?

I think he meant the kind of bed pan that you put hot coals into and place at the foot end of your bed. To keep you warm.
