Was she so bored with life that she wanted to kill herself, but the cat breaking the vase made life interesting for her again?
Did she want to kill herself because she was insane, and the sound of the vase breaking worked like a medication to calm her down?

She was deaf and wanted to commit suicide because of it. She saw the cat and realised she had only seen the cat because the vase had made a sound and she had heard that sound. She relised she could hear and wanted to live again.

Did she want to live again because she forgot to leave food out for her cat?
Or she wanted to leave some things to her cat in her will?

The vase was like a secret message that she left for her sister so that she knew what happened. When she saw it break she noticed that no one would know how she died and quickly tried to write a letter to her sister to explain.

No. The woman just wanted to tell her what had happened.
Hint: She couldn't write the letter before she drank the poison.

Ok so before the poison killed her, did it cure her of something?
Blindness? Deafness? Autism? Paralysis? Clogged/glue ears? Brain damage?

Very good, Bloopy! We can now consider this mystery as solved.
The woman had lost her vision few days earlier. She was so desperate that she wanted to kill herself. When she drank the poison, it gave her her vision back:
"Suddenly she saw her cat that just pushed her vase down from a table."
Then she of course didn't want to die anymore and tried to tell her sister what had happened but there was nothing she could do anymore.
Great job, gentlemen!
Now umm... Bloopy, do you want to post new mystery?
