You'd be holding it side ways (with the arrow things to the left hand, you know) and just use it like a steering wheel..

well, I was more asking for what you think of it from what you know.

we all realize that our opinions may very well change once we get to use it, but for now, it seems to look pretty cool to most of us.

Well it's an interesting change and I think it could be for the better. I dunno if I'd like using my thumb all the time though. If it turned out that it sucks to use then anything I think of it now won't matter. :)

I suppose that's one "good" thing about my degree (aero engineering), there aren't too many terms/words/etc that have "alternative" meanings.
What, like cockpits, turboshafts, thrust, nozzles, corkscrews, ram drag, payload, flaps, and wind tunnels?

Nah... only one I had was Sega Megadrive, actually thumb for left hand was alright on that but you really needed you use your other fingers for the buttons with the right hand, and it was those fingers that got strained.

Nintendo design things so ergonomically well, you don't get strain that much if not atall.

Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but the Nintendo Revolution backwards-compatibility will very possibly NOT be free.
