Firstly, you comment on how my text is hard to be seen, while on your sig you have green text (with no effect at all) over a blue background, talk about a bad combination... Secodly, the graphics look shite, try to get the transparency better next time. The sky background is just... Blue (Wow, how original)... And the snow (is that what it is) doesn't look like snow, it's just white. Thirdly, if your going to use solid colours on the edges of your sig, especially white, you might want to put a border on it or when it is viewed on a white background it looks a little wierd. You don't need to animate, the animating is already done, just open it in a program that you can use to make .GIFs and edit each individual frame...
