Well, some of my points are indeed opinions, but it's those opinions that made ppl vote for bush: "I'm going to vote for Bush because he he's such a good christian". That kind of hypocrisy.
And as already pointed out, his main defense was "look! first he voted this, then he voted that!"
And he could find one example in all those years Kerry was senator. Way to go, dubya! And in this case, I think mister Kerry was correct too in saying that sometimes people make mistakes and should rethink their decisions. Bush only showed me he's as stubborn as a mule with his response.
Sega... I'm not even going to bother. You're either joking or as stubborn as bush (either that or you should back up what you say)

Thank you DarkOne, you are the only person who has posted something worth reading in this thread, rather than FUCK BUSH or NADER IS A NAZI or whatever. Most of you people are so ignorant, but I was saved posting a huge rant by DarkOne's suitably large one
In my opinion, I believe Bush would be a better president. Although I disagree with a few of his policies, such as abortion, I believe he is a stronger, more charismatic person than Kerry, which I think is a very important thing in a leader. A weak person in this role can only mean bad news in my eyes. Secondly, Bush is consistant. Kerry has changed his stance on the Iraq war four times so far, just imagine what he would do if he was in control.
As for the economy, I think Bush may do a slightly better job. At the moment things aren't great, but many of his problems were caused / made worse by 9/11, and I think they will pick up in the future. Kerry's polocies simply will not work, his tax plans and his spending plans just do not add up: somehow he is going to increase spending vastly, yet not rase taxes much...explain to me that if you will. A vote for Kerry would actually change very little, as his and Bush's policies, on the whole, are the same. If people really wanted a change, they should have voted nader, as his policies are actually different from Bush's.
As for Bush being stupid, you, by saying tht, are clearly showing yourself to be an ignorant moron. Bush selected the most experienced, most knowledgable and most informed team of advisors possible, which is the most intelligent thing a president can do. He may not be the best public speaker, but this in no way represents his intelligence.
P.S. Sorry that was kinda lame, but Its kinda early in the morning, on a Saturday, and I'm not in America or have cable TV, so Im not as informed as I would like to be

Bush is already spending an arseload of money on this war of his. Don't tell me his spending system is so grand.
Also, I would prefer someone who knows what they are talking about than someone with charisma anyday.

charisma is not the strongest trait I would pick for picking somebody leading my country, Meia. You're picking a leader, not a spokesperson.
You're right! Kerry did change his mind! because he evaluated things that happened.
Bush never did.
Kerry and Bush both agreed that going to Iraq was the best thing to do.
There was no plan of what to do once Iraq was liberated. There's no real plan now either. How long should they have stayed there? Shorter than they're there now!
Kerry correctly says that there's no point in being there if there's no plan on what to do. Bush never seemed to bother thinking about that.
I'm not concerned about Kerry changing his mind, I'm concerned about Bush never changing his mind.
When that terrorist attack came, you're right! it did damage the economy. What did Bush do? started a war! That should make the economy go better
Shrooms, it's spelled feces. And whenever you make a post stating bush is dumb, at least spell right. "where".
And the big difference between Bush and you is that whenever Bush says something, about 200 million (if not more) are watching. How would you be at such a moment? I'm sure enough to call myself reasonably intelligent (I don't like labelling myself, but you know ), but I stumble on my words whenever I'm in an exam. And that's just me in front of one person. Give dubya some slack there.

i think you'll find the ecomomy problems have more to do with bush's ludicrous tax cuts which only significantly affect the top 20% of the countries earners and have managed to turn a huge suplus in the treasury left behind by the bush administration into a massive deficit after just one term.

Actually, war is the number one boost for an economy as has been shown in history. If the economy doesn't boom during the war, it most certainly will jump like hell when it ends. Just look at the War of 1812. As soon as it ended, America's economy went through the roof.
