I'd rather know for myself than listen to what everyone tells me to be true. It sounds like they got you by the balls if you just take to heart anything they tell you.





You all are still saying "drugs", when you mean "illegal drugs/narcotics". Drugs are drugs. Some happen to have been researched at universities and their medical potential has been discovered. Others are still undiscovered and have unknown uses. Those which the DEA do not find to have a medical purpose and any potential for abuse are scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act. This goes along with the fact that drugs are not "the problem". Drug abuse is a problem. If I let my friends get so overwhelmed by their drug addictions, I wouldn't be much of a friend. I have an aunt and uncle who are still trying to get off their drug habits. They have two children at home, only a few years younger than I. Half of my family are drug users, and my small ass town is full of druggies. When "the system" learns where they're screwing up and start teaching children why drugs lead to problems, I believe things will get better. "Say no to drugs!" can kiss my fucking ass. Hard.



I totally agree, this is one of the worst parts about doing illegal drugs, but it's not the drug user's fault the drugs are illegal. If the user believes doing the drug is an alright thing, he's going to put his own beliefs before a bunch of oppressive laws.



Then there's that 'medical research'. Gotta love it.



I've never touched heroin, and don't know anyone who's done it more than a few times. Like I say, there's having fun, and then there's being fucking stupid. I don't condone using heroin or similar drugs (regularly).


I got some friends I talk to and I'll ask 'em what they were on last night, they'll be like, "I don't know," or "Whatever they gave me." That is stupid ass shit. You need to know what the fuck you're taking, what it's suppose to do, and any side or long-term effects. Drugs are nothing to "fuck with", that's true, but using them intelligently (most do not) can be a fulfilling experience. Well, that's enough for me, I don't want to be another Timothy Leary. Peace.

I'm leaning to Anonymous' argument for drugs. Some of these comments are from closed minded people who have never tried drugs. Anonymous on the other hand knows alot about drugs and has taken them (so he says).

The fact that we haven't taken drugs does not mean that we don't know what the drugs do. Do you think the people who tell us what the drugs do lie? That would serve no purpose.

I'm not saying nobody knows anything about them. I'm just saying people should be open minded to drugs instead of shunning them to the side. I do respect your opinion that they can be bad when used carelessly.

Yep. Anyway it's very hard not to use them carelessly.

I don't think it would be that hard, even for someone who doesn't know much about drugs i can still think of ways to be safe.

Make sure what you have is pure and you bought it off a trustworthy source.

If you're injecting, don't share needs or keep needles for another time becasue you're skint.

Know where to stick the needle if using one.

If you are doing drugs that could possibly give you hallucinations, stay inside with someone not on anything and to keep you under control if needs be.

Don't take too much at once.

Yes, but how easy is it to do these things?

Actually, in some cases, the 100% pure stuff can kill you instantly. And as it is, most drug dealers wouldn't be caught dead with 100% pure, because it is much too expensive for them and for the general public that is buying the drugs.

Drugs are only a tool (same with guns). How you use them is up to you. They are certainly not harmless, drugs are indeed very dangerous. That's why caution is always a good practice. Abstaining is the easiest way to keep from getting hooked, but it is a choice you have to make yourself.

Yep. When you haven't taken the drug yet, you may think it's easy not to do stupid stuff, but when you have taken it, you may think in another way than you did before.
