Harry, ur houses arent actually even houses. They're objects. You have like 3 lots used for a overpass and a bus depot.

you could make houses available to buy form the estate agent. Such as generic houses. THat would allow those who are not of an artistic nature to have amall house. Or to live in a block of flats. That would be pretty nifty.

But if you put a house up for sale that u made to the estate agent, you can't get money for it. But if you buy a house from the estate agent then sell it, u get get money.(but only 95%)(the person who makes the house can choose the price they want it to go for in the estate agent) (and no insanely high prices people can't affort) And no giving away free houses like last pixville.

i should think so lol, mine was one of the first 5 or so and i dont think anyone is going to live there.

are we gonna add little forums and like allow tenants like last time, or just have your own house. if everybody wants their own house, we're gonna need a lot more land
