Really I don't know but some people use TeamED
The program doesn't make animated graves, but it has some you can choose from to use.
Though, as you can see in the comments there, people have had some issues with it lately.

TeamEd is the best. It has a chuckload of animated graves. The only problem is that after using TeamEd, any donwloaded soundbanks dont work! Boo hoo! Now i'm off to eat some cheese!:mrgreen:

I tried this program and problems appeared. When the game starts, instead of exploding cake on the black screen, the screen become pink and in the centre appears black square. Besides i can't host

oh well typical wwp graphic glitch... try to set your graphics mode to 256 colors
Rightclick on free space at desktop > properties > settings > True Color >TO> 256 Colors > Apply
