I am using the WWP Editor, it works fine, but there's one thing I don't get-how come when I kill the vital team, everyone surrenders, but the mission still goes on?

Perhaps you need to specify a condition for winning the game, so apart from having a vital team, you also need to tell it that killing the vital team means you win. I can't really remember.
