wanted : sum1 dead smart to help me get hosting on wwp.

i have no idea how and the ip overide program doesnt help

ok to host. First make sure you dont have a that annoying flaming bar or flag hack thingy. If you do, get rid of it or u cant host on WM. Check that u don't have a firewall on. To check click Control Panel, Network and Internet Connections, then click Network options, right click ur internet connection and choose properties, then find the Advanced tab untick a box if it is ticked with Protect my computer and network by limiting.... If ur hosting is still not working, check ur IP address. If using WWP click on internet multiplayer, then click internet play then click on Wormnet 2. Now, under the link Login ther are some numbers with dots between. Write these numebrs down and then go back. Before clicking internet play choose internet options. There will be a box somewhere saying IP address. Write the numebrs and dots there. Also if a box has been checked with teh words allow firewall connection uncheck. Hope this helps.

nah. I play online all teh time and host games without my firewall and haev never got hacked. And I have been playing for a long time, so i don't think its that dangerous to uncheck it in my opion.

u probably have been hacked, you just dont know it

nope. I have a virus checker and it has never picekd up a virus which could of come from a lack of firewall. And nothing has gone missing.

yeah virus checkers normally say of any unwanted intruders :p
