Would I have to do coding or anything like that so that each time a smilie sign is used that it will display the smilie set for it? Could I just draw smilies and be done? If you think you can, you mean mng http://www.libmng.com is one implementation, with links the the file format etc. At the moment u need a plugin to view mng on 90% of browsers.
