Thoughts:
It's a shopper variation. Shoppers have very limited tactics and is based quite a bit on luck. Luck on where the opponent's positioned and luck from the crates.

Most WxW shoppers do a good job in removing a little luck based on the opponent's position, but there is still luck based on the crate. Amount of damage you do is based on the crate you pick up. If you have two equal skilled players against each other, the one with the better crates win. Not much you can do tactically.

Also there are those players... you join their game and all they say is "say rules." If you don't say anything, they'll kick you.

And the whiners. I hosted a big map shoppa that was tall. half the players leave. They said they wanted a proper map. The people who did stay enjoyed the fact that the map required a different skill level of roping to actually play it.

Really, i just hate the WxW players. I sorry.

The only thing I didn't like about WxW was the incredibly boring maps. There's probably plenty of interesting ones out there now. I thought about making a WxW map sometime, but I never got around to it.

Why did the roper game type fall?

Because it's more difficult and kinda boring.

I want to know exactly when the fuck PMing the rules became mandatory. You shouldn't have to pm the host every fucking time you want to play a Shopper, light up and go, noobs. And yeah, WxW sucks ;/. 90% of the time you don't even get to attack due to fucking up or running out of time. At least with shopper you can use SOME strategy.
