What do I get? (Wii, or x360?)

I've been given a choice of whut to get for x-mas this year. Only problem is is that I don't know what. (ps3 is out of the question due to $600 console, $89 games, and $60 controller)

Xbox360 - I want this only because of Live, and 8 games, along with its $299 price tag:
Gears of War
Halo 3
F.E.A.R.
Lost Planet
Chromehounds
Bioshock
Armored Core
Half-life 2 (episode 2, comes with episode 1 and halflife2)
all those games in total @ 59 each = $479.92

But, the reason why I don't just simply choose this, is because of the game price is at $59/$69... And I don't have room to place it on my desk(and possible overheat issues).


Wii: Very unique due to its smallness, and controller useage. Games I would play with it:
Super Smash Bros.
Animal Crossing
Farcry : Vengence
SD Gundam
and possibly Zelda
All these games minus zelda @ $49 each = $199.99

$49 a game, but $499 console, I dunno. Placeing this system is no problem cause of its size.

So, whut do I choose?

I would get the xbox 360 actually because I am a classic gamer and dont like any of this dance dance swing ya remote around stuff the wii seems to want me to do. Plus I love Halo. But, for you, Wii.

You are lucky to get that much for x-mas... I get like, maybe $150 worth of stuff. But anyway, as soon as one is readilly available at my local Game Crazy, I'm going to get a Wii. Probably some time after x-mas so that I will have some money left over instead of being broke for a month.
