Well, after a long time(8 years) my dad was moving to a new home. As I was getting a ride home from school, he drops me off and hands me the old bastard out right. I was struck with happiness that I was holding it once again. All 18 games too. Including the Super Scope gun. How I missed it. I love SNES, and am glad to be reunited with it.
If you cannot tell, my parents are divorced and have been living in seperate homes for 8 years. The day I moved in with my mom at our current home, was the last day I saw it.

Congrats on being re-united. SNES pwns all
Bad luck about the parents though, my parents have been divorced for nearly 16 years so you're not alone.

The SNES rocks because it has Tetris Attack.

I have only one . Donkey Kong Country. Man I was so happy playing it when I got it =). Pity that we didn't buy any other games.

You're insane.
I should get our Sega Mega Drive II out again sometime... if I can find it.

EvilWeevil is confused.

Mega Drive and Genesis were different names for the same thing. I believe the name Genesis was only used in the USA, and it was Mega Drive everywhere else. So Mega Drive II is the same as Genesis 2.

Quite. But the Genesis games are actually slightly different to the Mega Drive ones (some are anyway. Usually just little differences in music, background colour, etc.)
Huh, didn't know there was a Mega Drive II. Learn something new every day.

I loved playing on my Sega Genisis. The cool thing about it at the time was that our cable company had a subscription availabale for the sega where you could plug in a device that hooked to the TV cable that you could download games and play them called the Sega Channel. I never bought any games for my sega just played a ton of them using the sega channel =)

The Wisconsin Dells has that... Downloadable n64 games from there cable company. Its pretty cool. If I go there this year I'll probably buy some games to play.
If you dont know what the Dells are, look them up on google. They are home of the worlds largest water part.. only 100 miles from where I live
