red: for tables (TABLE, TR and TD tags)
green: for the DIV tag
violet: for images (the IMG tag)
yellow: for forms (FORM, INPUT, TEXTAREA, SELECT and OPTION tags)
orange: for linebreaks and blockquotes (BR, P, and BLOCKQUOTE tags)
black: the HTML tag, the root node
gray: all other tags

It doesn't look at all the pages, it just looks at the tags on the page you tell it to.

< div > makes a green one
< img > makes a purple one
< table > < td > < tr > make red ones.

If you have a purple one coming off a red then it's an image in that table.

Also I had a go with BTP a while ago and I don't think it was too big.

Which.. involves looking at every page. It can't possibly know, for example, what pages the forum index links to just by looking at index.php. If it only looked at the page you told it to you'd have one node with lots of nodes attached to it, but only that one level of depth.
