click control panel, add/ remove programs and click on norton and it will uninstall. hopefully

when in doubt delete the folder in Program Fiels and delete the Start Menu folder and delete the registry entry. Regedit

well, i needed to install an update thati got about 4 months ago which works now i deleted the thing, but it hasnt finished yet so it might not have worked :O

type regedit in run, click HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then software and find anything named norton adn delete it. That should help
