If you've used a third party tool then you can save the it into your user/schemes folder and next time you load wwp you'll beable to select it. Iirc, the in-game scheme creator doesn't work. Every time I start it, I can pick a mission and team, but when I click start, the game blows up and takes me back to the desktop.
