Still can't seem to download it. Does anyone know of a different link for the download? I have been downloding from http://download.nvidia.com/downloads_emea/Trackmania_Nations/TmNationsESWC_Setup.exe with both Firefox and Opera but the download terminates less than half way through.

Try a download manger Star Worms, thats how I got it.

Or 3DGamers, they have it on torrent.
