you could make it so only people who is inside fictoleague can actually report matches
'why', is answered in a post on the general topic forum as an example( i think it was a thread of c1, and a post of meiapaul)
neway , you would avoid total strangers to rate you! (unlees they sign up for fictoleague on purpose so they can mess up with games :P)
