Because I find it a tad annoying you have to give it to the admins. Not saying they're slow, but I remember one specific admin not naming names not putting my SB up because he was too lazy when I worked days on mine. As for your soundbank, I'm sure it would be great, and I'll hear it out when it's on BTP. I find it would be better if people had the ability to upload the soundbanks themselves.
