If you can go 72 hours straight without nicotine (that means no smoking, nicotine gum, nicotine patches, etc), then you're pretty much home free.

If someone knows smoking is bad, smokes themself, and doesn't try to quit, then they are an idiot too.

Each cigarette supposedly takes 5 minutes off your life (although how 'they' worked it I don't know) and if you don't have the motivation to stop doing something that's reducing your life one puff at a time, then you're an idiot.

I'm not saying it's easy to give up, but the withdrawal symptoms aren't death or some disabilitating disease.

Fair enough if there was peer pressure on you to smoke or you were young and foolish when you took up smoking, thinking it made you look 'mature', but if time goes on and you don't do anything about it, you deserve to die from smoking.

Jeremy Clarkson aparently thinks smoking is the best thing that ever happened to him.

The main reason I've never wanted to smoke is that it decreases your blood circulation in your body, which leads to smaller erections from lack of blood in the penis.

Right, whatever you guys said about smoking and the kind of people they are, I've decided to give it up at a young age.

Giving up at a young age will help me live longer.
