I have shared inetrnet connection and a firewall running. The modem (usb one) is hooked up to my bro's PC where he runs the firewall(windows firewall) and has shared the connection so I can connect though the lan.

hm ^^ i already put in exceptions for worms with the ports: 6667 TCP, 17010 TCP, 17011 TCP, 17012 TCP -> didnt work

then i deactivated my firewall (dont have installed a antivrus with its own integrated firewall and win firewall is off) -> didnt work ^^

i deinstalled the firewall completely -> didnt work ^^

and as i already said i plugged in my modem + splitter so i dont have to play over shared inet and it even doesnt work ^^

@Atomic52: do you really think if i engaged for this game (and i wont stop) i wont try to get into the community?
btw: i thought you would be satisfied if i would be gone + why does it bother you if i storm off?

Check the IP you entered. You can always find your correct IP (assuming you're not on a router) in Control Panel -> Network Connections -> . If you're not on XP, it's slightly different, but hopefully you can find it.

Okay, try this. It's dangerous, but if you're desperate to host, then do it.

Enable the DMZ. It's you last hope. And configure your firewall properly, if you still can't host, then disable the firewall. But I warn you that you'll get people hacking you frequently. If the DMZ still doesn't work, then you can't host and that's that.

That is also hapening to me only difrend.
My IP is allways changing so i need evry time when i go to net change my IP in W:A.
Then can anybnody help me if you cant him?

ask your ISP if you can have a static IP that changes once every month or some shizzle like that

My ip changes every time I connect. It really isn't much of a bother tbh.

A way around having to enter your IP all the time is to use no-ip (google it, k?)

You can set the IP as the domain name that leads to your IP, which will be determined automatically provided you are running the application.

This could be a possibility; you CAN host, but no one is joining your games ?

i thought so already but i ask a friend to try to join my game but he couldnt do as well

I sloved my problem with ipoveridde 2.0.
Pneum0re,you can in confingurations in worms(Where is suposed to be ip,like:195.29.101.45)delete ip and put http://www.whatismyip.org

when you read a few sites back you would know that i already tried it and it didnt work but thx for your help...

When you say "put http://www.whatismyip.org" do you literally mean to put "http://whatismyip.org" in the IP box or do you mean enter the IP shown on http://www.whatismyip.org¦W_WFIXME¦?
