does anybody know if there is a command for regedit where it will say your current ip address? because everytime my ip changes, I have to go back into regedit and change my ip to host on wwp.

I think that wormsipoverride.exe does that for you.

There is a atachment(sp?) in the T17 forums which can help you...

http://forum.team17.com/showthread.php?t=16656

Replace the IP which appears in the file with the one you get in: http://www.whatismyip.com/

But you need to register if you haven't done it yet

im talking about a regedit wildcard for my ip address so I dont have to constantly update everytime I restart my computer. I already know all that stuff.

What you really want then is a program running in the background which checks http://www.whatismyip.com/ every now and then and updates the registry. Why didn't I think of that before! :D

I suppose that's one "good" thing about my degree (aero engineering), there aren't too many terms/words/etc that have "alternative" meanings.
What, like cockpits, turboshafts, thrust, nozzles, corkscrews, ram drag, payload, flaps, and wind tunnels?
