Wow..that was a little fast in my opinion. A lot of your posts are spammish, but it's not worth the rating you had (what like..-50 post rating?)
This coming from someone that manages 1000 posts within about 3 months...
I think we may be misrepresenting posting habits here. Sure, he made a lot of posts in short order. But, as soon as he became blue, his posts per day went down a bit. If anyone's been paying attention, about a quarter (third even?) of the active users on BTP were exactly like that in their green days.
So, my message to you all is...
Get over his post count. Because you may have been just like him a year or two ago either at this forum or elsewhere. At least he doesn't randomly spam, or just post without adding anything to the conversation. I've seen far worse in my day that were accepted into forum communities after a time.

Returning to the Pio's compulsively(sp?) post rating down, I'll stop it, since he knows it's me, and If I keep with it it I'll get blamed.

That might be because Pioneer322 is all anti-ArcBeetle. He doesn't want another C1. I think having ArcBeetle in BTP is great! Beacuse C1 is a celeberity and he's always busy now. We have ArcBeetle to replace him on those days of buisiness.

But I didn't do it to become a bluie. I had over 1000 posts before bluie torsos were introduced.

Considering you used to have a post per day rating of over 12, it doesn't really matter whether you were blue or not at the time. You became a social++ over again before a lot of members even made social+.

Excuse your french? Righteo...
Ok, so has a tone of posts. But as whoever it was who said it said, you could make 100 posts a day and keep them all useful. Which, lets face it, he does. (in both respects) It doesn't matter how quickly your posts go up or how quickly you become so popular. Just so long as you don't cause too much harm in the process.
The bottom line is: If it's not spam, if it's not for bad intentions, if it doesn't cause bad feeling or disruption, and it comes from a pure heart (how cheesy, but you know what I mean) and of course if you want to, then do what ya like!
PS: Sorry for the marathon post, but why is it that whenever I post before you C1, your posts always seem to end up before mine?

You see, he's magic. He has this mystical ability to manage to cut in front of anyone that's posting by mere milliseconds. That's what comes from years of honing his posting ability.
(Sorry, I'm just having way too much fun with the whole "He posts a lot so he must be spamming"/"He posts a lot but he's not spamming").
The bottom line is: If it's not spam, if it's not for bad intentions, if it doesn't cause bad feeling or disruption, and it comes from a pure heart (how cheesy, but you know what I mean) and of course if you want to, then do what ya like!
Now, I would give you the award for the "Most Enlightened Post in this Thread" but there's one flaw in your argument. Even if a post seems to have good intentions, it can still be spam. If someone goes a bit off topic, and then another person builds on it, and so on, it's spam, no matter how good the posting is. Not that we really closely regulate that stuff around here.
There's a fine line between spamming and simply posting a lot. I don't think that Arc actually crossed that line. That's why I'm telling people to get over his high post count.

I have super powers to do that kind of thing. Either that, or you forget to refresh to see all the new posts.

Oh, and by the way, congrats on social ++ status yourself

True, but the way I see it, it's ok to go a bit offtopic, even to build it up, just so long as you also stick to the topic of the thread. So long as it doesn't get totally out of control, we need to let people have some fun.
The problem is of course, that it almost never ends up that way, and usually gets out of control. People just need to become a little more self-aware, think before they post, and know that if it does go out of control, they all share responsability for it.
As for ArcBeetle, I'm not at all against his high post count. What I'm against is that a lot of it is because of his spammish posts. He hasn't crossed the line yet, but it seems like he's getting nearer everyday.

I'm sure that's what everyone is against. If the posts are useful, no one cares how much you post.

I agree. I've gotten some PMs from some unactive people on these forums asking me why are all my posts look like spam, and how do I get away with it.
