You can forward the port trough:
-Your ISP client (Well at least in my case I have one)
-Http (In other words, trough your web browser)
-Telnet (In %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe, write "telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"(Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is your external IP) )

Did you put the IP address of your router or of your computer?
If it's your computer one, it won't work. Be sure it's your router one

*here we go again*
http://192.168.0.1
If you have a router just go there, that accesses it and look around the settings for something like port forwarding.. read of tutorials about which ports to forward (some 5 digit number) n'stuff
oh and user/pass is usually admin/password (yeah, password) or 1234/pass or admin/pass or.. whatever mix em up if they dont work but if none do look up your routers model number for manual info
but if you have no router, then only thing i could think of that is a problem is a firewall issue
edit: the picture up there says your default gateway is 192.168. 1.1, try that instead of .0.1 if it doesnt connect
edit: God damnit arcbeetle stop rating my posts down

Ok, I can't find anything that has to do with port forwarding on the router control thing, and the one for portforward.com is completely different and i can't use it to find what i need to do.

You only need to look for your hardware: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm and then follow the simple instructions.

then your IP is set incorrectly into WA/WWP. Go to http://www.whatismyip.org copy the text and open up WA/WWP, click the wormnet button on the main menu, then click "configure". Now paste your IP into the provided box. If you're using WA, make sure "force ip" is checked.
