Just read up on it. Same question as Abdboy, how many worms.
Also, couldn't you kill the worm and take the target right before he hits the center?
(making it very easy to steal a win)

It actually says on the site how many worms. It should be 1 per person, but if you have only three players, it's alright to have 2 per person. The ideal number of worms is 4 to 6.

As for your last question C1, you'd have to have teleported down while the target still had 3 shots in it, and if you put yourself in the open like that, you put yourself at the risk of the other person having an extra shotgun and taking care of you. Though, it is technically possible to camp the target area if you manage to pick up shotguns in every crate.

I like. I have been hosting a couple of games now and the realtime feel of it is really unique

if more people new about it i think it could turn out really big and getting peoples opinions on the scheme
