Indeed.
You can simply join other people's games
Make friends who can host .

But he'll never have authority in a game. Unless he gets dumbasses in his host that don't listen, if he could host.

For that reason we have the MSN, ICQ, AIM....
In case we would want to test a new scheme/map we only would have to say our friend to set the scheme/map and such stuff before enter in WN
In case its a just for fun game, we dont need to have many authority I think

What a waste of time, I needed host for a game so I could broadcast my maps to as many random people as possible (and dont try answering this to something predictably stupid)

Are you using a Linksys router? Or are you just behind a firewall?

Oh yes, There will be blood.
I have tryed "some things" obviously not everything . But I am still not able to host, I have even tryed allowing some ports in my firewall, and that doesn't work either..But yeah,^^ just join other peoples games.

You must open them in the router, not in the firewall

you must open the ports in what ever your dhcp server is, or anythhing else that may be bween your PC and the internet.
Router, or a broadband modem (modems genrally have routers built in).
If your getting a connection refused, make sure that your typing the routers proper adress.
Mine is 192.168.1.2 for the router
192.168.1.1 for my dsl modem.
My dsl modem is my dhcp server, and thus is where I had to open ports. My router (a lynksys) is accually acting like a switch, rather then a gateway. Instead of playing with playing with configurations. Maybe you should try to set up your hardware differently, and begin again.
Some routers have an "internet Port" as mine does. However, my modem isnt pluged in there. In stead I have my modem and 3 machins all pluged in as regular PC's with static Ip adreeses. Apply port forwarding to what ever machine you play worms on and you should be good.
