It currently works like this: You may buy anywhere from 1 to 10 tickets (per week). Each ticket is $5. For every 5 PEOPLE who buy tickets, $5 is added to the winnings from BTP's Bank. The main cash prize comes from everyone who submitted money. Some weeks the jackpot will be high, and some weeks i'll be low. Its all fair. The lotto is now 2/3 done.
