Mods lock threads for nothing, admins are unreachable, if you miss forum for thread, thread will get deleted/locked/removed without anyone telling you why and when, admins are unreachable, generaly, everybody are unfrendly and dont want to help you if 2 years ago same thread were posted and you have to search hundreds of thread for something that someone can say in 1 post....
I hate using that forum, but I must:(

Anyway, I'd rather a smaller number of users, the more users there are, the more insignificant a single user becomes, in a forum like this one, with not many users, everyone feels welcome and everyone knows everybody else. I like it like that.
