Arc: Roswell, New Mexico and the where abouts of Area 51. They found stuff and keep it from everyone, bastards.
I read somewhere that those guys found something, did keep it from us, then found it was some utter rubbish and felt too embarrased to anything else but keep it from us. Most possibly a rumour though.

Time travel may be possible, depending on how you look at the structure of the timeline.

I would say time has one fixed path backwards, and an infinte number of paths forward.

I would say time doesn't exist.

maybe.

it makes some sense though.
I like the Einsteinien theory of time being the fourth dimension. We cant see it, people in the forth dimension can. Therefore, if you wanted to time travel then you simply have to gain access to the 4D world.

Piece of cake....

I dont believe in ETs. For one thing we know it as impossible for anything smaller than the earth to travel here without the inhabitants being killed on the way out of starvation, speed, time...whatever. And where would the fuel come from? Wait...Im thinking of an answer here....

If this lifeform was more advanced than us, they could transform their planet into one huge ship with a gigantic prepulsion system, maybe a couple of million nuclear rockets or something, take the fuel from their planet and use it and just basicly live on their planet until they get to their destination which would take a billion years or so. So at any moment we could be pounced on by a planet moving completley by itself. It would try to land, smash into earth and we'd all be dead. Sorted...

I think I went off on a tangent there.

I lol. The problem with a transportation of a planet would be meaningless. I mean, isn't the Sun and the Moon keeping Earth from FLYING out of the solar system to a neverending existance? Gravity... Tempature controls, weather controls, lighting for the crops for the food to feed all those on the voyage.. for what? NYAH!

for a universe view i tend to lean towards the explaination offered by the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, the whole general mish mash and our filters on it.

If this means nothing to you i suggest you read the novels.

as for the universe expanding forever vs getting too big and contracting, thats to do with the value of some as of yet uncalculated universal constant. I believe they call it Omega.

I was meant to talk about that in my last post. Douglas Adam's theory on these things are probably better than Einsteins  , espeically the theory on flying:

It all depends on if there is enough gravitational mass in the universe to pull itself back in on itself eventually (i.e. implode). Correct me if Im wrong...GCSEs feel like so long ago.
