Is it possible to make some super-weapons have the same chance of being in a crate as a normal weapon?
Can I make crates containing 3 grenades have 1 grenade instead?

The 2nd thing is impossible I think
However for the 1st thing you can use SchemeWorks:

or the BTP online editor:

I have tried using SchemeWorks and SchemeEditor to give super-weapons the same crate-frequency as normal weapons, but when I test the scheme in a hotseat game (WWP) the super-weapons come as seldon as always.
Am I doing something wrong perhaps?

No, the game just isn't that customizable. You can't do either thing you are asking about. The crate frequencies have bugs too, like sometimes you get a skip go or something.
WA will probably get those features with a new patch one day.

What, like cockpits, turboshafts, thrust, nozzles, corkscrews, ram drag, payload, flaps, and wind tunnels? |

If I increase the crate frequency of normal weapons, will the super-weapons appear more seldonly relative to normal weapons?

The higher the frequency of normal weapons, the lower the frequency of super weapons, in general. It should be noted that super weapons won't appear right away whether or not you set their frequency high (exception being select worm). Super weapons don't appear until turn 15, if I recall correctly.
Before you ask this question, it is impossible to remove select worms from appearing in th crates.

Maybe T17 made those bugs at purpose, I mean, for make the games more strategic and they even cant be disabled by Scheme Editor

Nope, if I was programming WA, then I would make the same bug too. I'd be way too lazy to fix it too scince it takes me forever to fix things.

That's why you didn't code WA.

Ok then... I don't see how fixing a bug, such as having Skip Go/Surrender could be that hard to fix. Just make those 2 elements not appear in crates?
