TGIS: Thank God It's Summer
Well, the school year hasn't actually ended for me yet. I still have one more day of tests to go tomorrow. And... I have no quote, since only seniors are allowed to submit quotes for the year book. So, the above statement will have to do...

well my year has finished, but i cant say any particualr quote as it was different for everyones book that i signed. I tried to make them funny though.
ALso on the last day of school, we got to sign each other shirts, that was fun. I had 2 main quotes i used:
1: Property Of Adam Dawson (being my name)
2. Insert Here ^ (with an arrow pointing towards the bum)

My quote in the yearbook was "Say my name right or get a fist full of russian!" It really is annoying how many people pronounce my first name wrong...

We all had little books for writing heartfelt messages, by the time we left i was getting pretty good at them.

Actually, I was sort of figuring that if it would be nonstandard, it would be pronounced:
e-vaan
Though, that sounds too much like a girl's name.
I think your just trying to be difficult.

No, if you're going to say my name, say it how it's meant to be pronounced. Russians don't pronounce it eye-van (like in Ivan Hoe) or eh-van (as in Chris Evans).
Most of my friends call me pope though, but a few call me by my name, correctly. It's just the teachers I've known for 3 years that still pronounce my name wrong that bugs me.
You can't sympathise anyway. There's not much room for error in Glenn.

One word: Glen. Of course, this isn't my real name anyway, so...
Also, we have a Russian exchange student at our school. His name is pronounced Ivan as in eye-van.
