No, their website doesn't have a redirect if you neglect to put the www in front of it.

Just as a heads up, I've sent in an email to them urging them to cease and desist. Is anyone else going to do the same?

erm no, it's a perfectly legitimate piece of software. The problem should be addressed from within W:A/WWP

I've tried it myself and it seems ok, Easily recognisable, contests can ban those out who use it since it really does lag up the game.
Let them use it, there are other solutions to getting rid of these kinds of things
(rules, quit, kick)

WA needs to build in an In-Game kick command.

Considering xspeed bypasses all checks by the program for the correct speed, it can't exactly be addressed within W:A/WWP. About the only thing I can think of is not to allow Worms to start up while the program is engaged, but they could just start it back up after loading the game up. A constant check for the program is an entirely inefficient use of system resources. Coincidentally, it specifically says on the site that you can use it as a cheat program, for ANY game, not just Worms.
I'll ask Deadcode to look into it anyway.

Wait, so you could use this program for say....STARCRAFT?!
Wait..that probably wouldn't help much. You get booted after 60 seconds of lag and a guy takes time to build..

OMG i just tried this program for about an hour playing rr's at -4 speed and the second i uninstalled it worms is so fuckin fast dont know if i will be able to rope good again its so fast now =) i do think it helps you figure out when to fire the rope when you go back to normal speed

No, it doesn't help at all. It's a crutch, exactly what roping at low gravity is. Sure, it helps you a bit with the roping. But, when you return to normal game physics, all that time practicing with the crutch is pointless since you won't be capable of roping at regular speeds.

Actually, it helps alot.. Its good practice but not made for online use.
I always practiced at my G-ma's house with Fiddler settings of almost no gravity (was tough, but really fun as long as you dont fly out of the level )

Okay, I got a response from Deadcode. He says that he's not just going to disable it, as that would inevitably lead to a new version of xspeed that works around it, or someone else coming up with another program that does the same thing. Instead, he's implimenting a detection algorithm that will notify you if someone is using it.
At least, that was my understanding of what he said.

But what stops someone else making the exactly same thing without the dectection, who wont care if people get angry at them for making it?
