We tried to do better.

Yes, flaming, pointing, laughing, screaming. I'll accept it. The second one does still not have a preloader, and the 3rd one is about 50MB BUT! I tried whatever the fuck I could to reduce Episode 3's size. I tried to make it a flash file but the sound was worse then it already is so I left a .wmv. And I couldn't seperate them into parts because movie maker wouldn't open it... For some reason. OH YES, and episode 3 is jeapardy, Glenn's idea and he did get credit for it on film. But 50mb plus 56k = no.

Don't understand what's going on?

Someone download it, turn it into an avi, send it to Zippy, and then come back. :P

Uhmm dude, .AVI files are waaaay bigger... And sometimes (since we try to make high quality videos) they can come out to be a freakin gig. And Knifa would not like that being on the space he gave me. .wmv files can be viewed with Windows Media Player I don't get it. This things can be a bitch to manage. We've made 6 episodes already, and it's taking forever just to get thru with episode 4.

Your camera must suck. I can record 5 minute movies at it only comes out to be about 20 MB. Sound and awesome quality included.

Depends on what camera/Camcorder your using. Regular, picture/video/etc. cameras are the ones that do the small file size, but small on Resolution and bad for TV viewing..(maybe not bad but the television studios arn't gonna use it for their stories ;) )
Camcorders (sony ones rule) are for professional use, (using DV-Tapes) it uses super high file size because its 1) uncompressed, 2) Its just like a standard, full quality WAV file, 3)High FPS and quality at its best.
Mmmhm, tho I would suggest xVid for compression over the net, it seems reasonable enough for the file size it currently is. (you dont think a 500MB file could be toned down to 10MB without loss of quality/FPS? :D)

At this point I'm too embarassed to even use my webcam anymore. My camera lets me customly set the FPS (which I put low), and the quality is almost godlike. I've once created a 3GB file and compressed it to like 40MB. If you seen the episode of when we're all in the shack. We used Monty's camera. With our luck, it was the kind we couldn't hook up to the computer, so we put split's camera in front of it. Although his is webcam is kind of crap qulaity but records SO much less space. So when you see a video of mine that's like 60MB, don't think that's bad size. Cuz the unconverted version could be like 6GB's.

I have a very good quality video thats about 2 mins long and only 5mb. It's of me eating pizza, spaz won it at an auction. You wanna get yourself an MPEG4 camera.

I was thinking of getting a digital camera, that way the episodes will be more custom. I'm the only kid in the world with a webcam that makes 5mb over five fucking seconds. It's freakin depressing...
