No, he never said that AT ALL. I've been reading that thread since it was first posted in the forums, and it has recently been revived. M3ntal says he *suspects* that the batty ropes feature will be put in 3.7.0.0, but he doesn't know. He doesn't say ANYTHING about the other features in the private beta.

However, it wouldn't surprise me if batty ropes is put off to a later patch than 3.7, since someone leaked Tony's copy of the private beta.

Tony really shouldn't be trusted with stuff. He always gets hacked or something.

I don't mean to quash your immediate concern, but no, it shouldn't have been. Remember, Deadcode decides when a feature is completely done and ready for release, and batty ropes STILL isn't complete yet. Also, remember that Deadcode does this work for HIS benefit, not YOURS, so even though he will weigh your input on anything patch-wise, he gets the final say in the matter.

v1.0 to v1.1 - Means somewhat but little change has been made.
v1.0a to v1.0b - Means one small thing was changed.

I like the new 3.7 features. We all have waited for it so looong...
I have watched that replay-file.

I wonder why all ppl are looking for battyrope - the other features are vn too. like straight ropes to the bottom or air-punches. Also gj @ the chute-impovement.

But plz: WHEN LL WE EVER MAY USE GUNS (F3) FROM ROPE?
