Few people have it naturally, and some glasses are crafted in such a way as to give a vision of 20/10.

You just have to take into account that over X distance the vision might be impared somewhat. Just because they can't see what a normal 20/20 person would at one distance, doesn't mean they won't be able to see the same as a 20/20 person at another difference.
