I'm looking to build or buy a YPrPb (Component) to VGA converting cable or box. Ideally the cable should be able to take 480i and 480p, and output it as 720x480 vga. Anyone who knows anythign about this, please reply

Hmm well I dunno much about that stuff either. We have a TV card here (to watch & record TV & video on the computer), but I guess a TV card isn't exactly what you want.
