sorry sarge but for all the php questions you asked me I wouldn't trust you to teach me php. Besides it's easier to use a tutorial than have someone teach you over msn, IMO.
What questions did he ask?
ever heard of learning more?
Ever heard of being too stuck up for your own good?
Seriously, unless you really, REALLY know what you're doing, you have no business teaching anyone. I would teach someone Pascal, because I've learned almost everything there is to learn. However, I would NOT teach someone C++ because I'm still learning it.
I agree. That's what I told him..after I rated him down for being so stuck up about it and blabbing about knowing php so well in about 10 different threads.
i am capable of teaching someone php, yet whenever anyone asks i choose not to - the best way to learn php is the same way i did and the same way everyone else i know who's a half decent coder did.
Read plenty of online tutorials and have someone who knows what they're doing to help you correct any mistakes and debug your code.
Well, I wouldn't say no help from people is good either. A few pushes in the right direction are always helpful for some difficult things.
