I just got W3D workin now, and I've been having WWP, so I'll join in on any games I like on those 2 games. prize or no.

so why is this much different from the worms olympics?

other than its BTP based

It won't be as smoothly executed, and won't get such a good turnout

I suggest a making a plan regarding signups, archie! I recall my first as one of chaos, where half of them signed up through regular chat and the rest was spamming up the place (you can imagine there's no way I could sign them up that way).
So I told them all to PM me in order to sign up.
What happened now was that they all PMed me and wanted to tell them whether they were signed up or not "am I signed up?" "why won't you answer?" etcetera.

The message: be prepared

I don't think playing for money will be required. People like tourneys. And if they don't, you don't want them in your tourneys anyway
Playing for money will attract people that only play for money and whine when there's a small glitch in your organisation. (but they'll all be defeated after round 1 too )

You're also going to have to give us a few weeks where you want to host them in too btw
If there's one thing you don't want, it's having tourneys while another tourney is being held in the same game (and yes, even WA and WWP tourneys compete with one another)

hand-to-hand, basically. melee weapons is all the F4 weapons, and the bat and axe. that kinda stuff

I hate all these conformists games (only a very few were innovative).

You need proper sports with scores and all that lot.

The Pope$1sticks in his WA cd and starts concocting actual sport-like games...

how bout something similar to the uneven bar thing, but with ropes. or the pole vault, but with explosives or something....*runs out of ideas* shut it, I'm uncreative in this sort of thing.
