I was thinking that milatares would be good.

Money for RPs would also be good.

The thing with miliataries is they could be an RP and milatary which fights other milataries

Location based RPs could be invaded by milataries and stuff
the only rules would be:
1.No Godmoding (no one-hit-kills, etc.).
2.Your milatary must have at least a short backstory.
3.There must be ranks.
4.You can't say that your milatary has invurnerable force fields around the base (that's godmoding also). (REDUNDANT)

Yeah, he probably thinks he can magic himself back in by making a good suggestion. Which won't happen because:
1) I don't think he could come up with a good enough suggestion.
2) Psymon would ban him again withing a week of his getting back in.
