Um, no one would give half a damn, because you can't copyright your own name. And even if it was some company that made a character by that name (and got trademark/copyright), they don't usually care unless you're making some sum of money off it. They don't have time to bring up lawsuits against every person named "Glenn" or "Seph(iroth)", now do they?

Copyrighting names makes me think of Martha Stewart, but she might just have a trademark. If you started a Martha Stewart rollercoaster company she probably couldn't do anything about it because it's a completely different trade.

She can trademark (or copyright maybe) the name because it's being used as a brand name, not her actual name. You can't copyright your own name though, it has to be attached to something else first, such as Walt Disney.
