Hey all. I have a little probleme I really need to get fixed. Here it is.. Im trying to make it so there is a file box like so File:
then when you select the file u hit submit which send to my email automatically but when i check my email for the file all that the email contains is the file name.. is there any way that i can make it so you can choose your file with that box hit submit and it will email the file to me?? so when i get the email its in like attachments or something?? Help is greatly appreciated.

I don't think it's possible. The only way possible is if you uploaded it to a site, then the link was displayed in an email.

im using topcities how would i do that for them?

cmon ppl nobody here knows any HTML? there has 2 be a way.. is there any other way i can do it withouth html or php?

nope, pretty sure you'll need php for this. Although you never know, putting enctype="multipart/form-data" in the form tag might work. Although that's probably about as unlikely as there being an elephant sitting on my shoulder right now

alright this is how i did it.. i used my leet skills and put together a cgi bin then made an upload script .. O.o yup leetness.
