It is simple why such games become "KART" games.... because your not going to see mario in a suped up hot rod with flames down the sides and a naked princess toadstool painted on the hood. They are children based games... it's a way to introduce younger aduicence into race type games.


Hehe, maybe one day Mario plays in FPS, killing goombas with childy railguns.

Mario is no longer called Jumpman becuase on the arcade game, poeple whould change the J to a H... Humpman... :)
