Imo it's impossible to remove n00bs from earth (It could be in the future however, with some some of the right equipment). Infact I have a good laugh n00bing around sometimes. It's good to fight a n00b by being a n00b yourself aswell; they get kicks from ruining games with strict rules and so get upset if you beat em unlegitimately.

But enough of that. I think your clan could become pretty successful if you show yourself as a kind, skillful and positive leader. A good website would also improve your succesfulness abit.
