i need a imaging program thats free and can crop out pictures from their original image and remove outside color lines and whatnot

if you understand what im saying please, any free links to a free simple imaging program would be great THANKS

GIMP doesn't seem to work for me, once I download the actual version (no it's not the source code) there is no way to execute the actual program.

Lol yeah I was too but even when I found how to download the ACTUAL program it has nothing to execute itself...

download gtk+ 2 and the GIMP 2.0.2 installer.

Once it's installed go to the bin directory of the GIMP application. It's a common place for these things to be, you know .

A hint - if you don't know what a website's about, go to the "about" section (and screenshots, they're quite useful too).
If you want to download a program, go to the "download" section If you don't want to compile stuff you're looking for something other than the source (ie a binary) and for windows.
