Becuase Rugby players are hard.
Im English and i love american football. I play it alot.
This is the deleo with AF. They have to wear Helmets becuase some bloke ran into the post and died. And they wear Body pads becuse they would die in someone ran full pelt into them with a helmet on.

Yeah they are.
Or maybe they have to wear helmets to protect themselfs from getting smutherd by body pads. Also in AF there arnt as many rules for takeling and so alot of the time people get closed lined, or acidentaly kicked in the face.
