It works by eating out your sig, then spitting it into a jar full of candy. Then the owner of the store rises the price of the candy by 10%. So that means Julia will have to work a bit more to have some candy.

he isn't but told it incorectly.

btp tax is when you lose the total amount of income.
so you have 50% tax, you get 2p every page hit, so that mean you'll only cash in 1p.
and for those with negative tax, it means that you gain that percentage as extra cash.
