I'm working on a series of short movies starring "Spaceman Squid" the worm. Since I don't really have mad skills with editing sprites, I decided to start a contest in which you have to make a space worm or alien.

There will be two contests, actually: the alien and the spaceman. You can make the alien as crazy as you want, but the astro-worm should have a helmet or something that signifies he's a space explorer. The winner of the astro-worm conest will be awarded 700 pounds (on BTP of course), because he will be the main character. The winner will also be one of the first or second people mentioned in the credits.

The alien contestant winner will be awarded 300 pounds and a custom sigworm by me to use as an av or pre-sig (i'm no good at nameplates.) However, I may use more than one of the aliens entered.

Thank you for your time. Only a few rules, no animation please. And dont make the worm be holding anything, as he'll be holding several different things in the movie. Last of all, multiple entries are allowed and encouraged (I'll need quite a few aliens in the movie).

Right. Only one person will win the alien contest, but I'll use some of the other contestant' aliens as well, and mention them in the credits. Hopefully they'll be good sports and not make me pay them too

And i'll be making a few aliens of my own as well. I'm not going to have all the sprites in the movie made by other ppl lol

lol that would probably be a bad thing...if you had a bunch of other names in the credits before yours...lol

Mine'll be first. The space worm-maker will be second. The alien-makers will be third. After that there's not much else to put into the credits except for moral support

BTW, igw, not to be rude, but you're always the first to post in these contests, but you haven't actually ever entered a sigworm contest, at least since I joined.

You could just use bloopys, blue worm for the alien

I did already think of that, I'm gonna have to ask Bloopy. But I can't just have [i]one[/i] alien in the mvoie, I need 2-4.

Can I export the spaceworm in png format so I can use anti-alias on outlines?
