Add to that someone in their right mind .
I have no problem with the occasional spam. I don't have a problem with people ask for help. I DO have a problem with people that ask for help in an completely incoherient manner (many times), and/or repeatedly spam their problem all around the website. I think he (Tickle Torture), fit both those bills rather nicely.
If he stops and can recover the reputation that has now been utterly shattered by the members of this forum (did he have one to begin with?) due to his actions, and can return to good standing in the community, then I have no problem. Otherwise, he needs to take the boot he's brought upon himself.

Everytime i read the title of this thread i keep thinking it's going to be able tickling... =/ but then i remember its' about a spammer.
