You know what you all need? Colour coordination.
Go to http://color.twysted.net/ to find matching sets of colours to use in anything. I find it extremely useful.
(You can even save colour schemes and come back to them later to use)

Dumazz brought my attention to the crapness of one of the sprites in the WA animations pack.
The wwalk.gif is annoying for motion tweeners. You see, it moves horizontally which is not gd for tweeners in flash or fireworks even.
So i edited it quickly for easier application to avatars.
Feel free to use it...
There's actually a reason for this - the speed the worm moves should be linked to his stretch cycle, so using this same sprite with a tween doesn't quite look right. What i do is convert it into an animated symbol and have it display as graphic to play once, then have the next one start from where it left off.

Takes a bit of time unless u remember the spacing between them which makes it slightly easier.
But in fireworks u can select a sprite, click a path for it to follow (albeit has to be a single straight line, u can always put the same sprite on and then adjust the course) and then adjust the amount of frames it uses to get to the end of that path and ur done!

well, yeah - you can do that in flash, it just doesn't quite look right imo cos u have it moving at the wrong speed.

But teh way I edited that sprite, I moved the first frame back so when it's tweened forward it neutralizes the movement and makes him stop...
